Project and Planning
The first stage is to create a project and carefully plan the construction. This includes determining the size of the house, layout of rooms, choice of materials, and finishing touches. The project must take into account the specific requirements of the client, as well as compliance with building regulations. At this stage, various options can be chosen to meet specific needs, such as energy efficiency or smart home technologies.
The project for this house aimed to create a simple building that would harmoniously blend into the existing development. This three-story building consists of three shipping containers, each measuring 2.438 m by 12.192 m, occupying a total of 66.8 m2 of building area.
